Our venue is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, and we can host up to 80 of your favourite people. Plus, with a private courtyard and gorgeous gardens, you’ll have plenty of picture-perfect spots for those all-important wedding photos. Stephane Gerard

Born and raised in France’s Burgundy wine region, the Head Chef at voco Fareham-Solent brings over 30 years of international culinary experience. Trained in two culinary schools and inspired by his father, also a chef, he has worked in Michelin-star kitchens, luxury hotels and even served as a private chef in Washington D.C. for the French Defence Attaché. Former Senior Sous-Chef on Cunard’s QE2, he has cooked for presidents, rock stars, and royalty. Now based in Hampshire, he combines his passion for fresh seafood and premium meats with the finest local suppliers to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

We were so very lucky to have our Wedding Day here at the newly refurbished Voco Fareham-Solent. Samara was very helpful and kept us up to date with the refurbishment. She replied quickly to emails and was happy to speak to us on the phone too. The planning of the day was very thorough and left no stone unturned, which is great as it also reminded us too of things we had forgotten. We were given contacts to use for decorating, however, we decided to do it all ourselves. The day was amazing and we can't think of anything we would have done differently. We hired a cariacturist in the evening, which was a big hit. The resident DJ was fantastic, took requests on the night and was very engaging with our guests. Bar staff were brilliant and kept us updated with our tabs, as requested. The room was clean and tidy and the staff did a great job at using our decorations on the tables and chairs. Grace and Matthew looked after us on the day and they were amazing. We had the most perfect wedding day and we wish we could do it all over again!
